Crown & Soul

Project Overview

Crown & Soul is a black owned barbershop and salon, That is based in the soulfulness and the new crowns that their costumers with their cuts and styling. They wanted menu designed to show various services in both barber and salon side of there shop. Along with Menu design they were also multiple branding materials that match there unique look and feel.

Using purple as their base color and knowing that purple has a very unique meaning of soulfulness and regality. I used of the combination Slab serif and script typefaces in the menu headings to embrace the soul culture. Much of my approach from for the branding came from the type mixing.
